      Yes! You can dissolve the gel caps under your tongue and enjoy the taste of nature (the natural plant flavor is pretty strong).  This is also a great way to get an extra boost from the gel caps. 

      Verge can be taken with or without food. The effects of our products (especially the soft gels) are strongest when taken on an empty stomach, but for those with sensitivities, try taking Verge with food.

      Many users start to feel the effects within 30 minutes for the Gel Caps and even shorter for the Water Soluble. For some, Verge can even take a few days to ramp up.
