      INTRODUCTION

      ASSIGNMENT

      Verge is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

      SHIPPING AND DELIVERY LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

      All items offered for sale on the Verge website and via our wholesale channels are shipped according to terms and conditions outlined in a contract with a shipping carrier. Per these terms and conditions, risk of loss or damage is transferred to you upon delivery from the shipping carrier.
